How do I go about getting the help I need

I'm trying to find a place like a boarding school and help and talk and teach me things I need to know

    Hello my name is Austin and hopefully soon it will be alxis im 24 and since i was 10 i always felt like i was supposed to be a girl iv experiment with crossdressing and i know im supposed to be girl so if i have anyone who can help with this transition and can help guide me in the right direction of my new life thinks

      I don’t think such a place exists. DeeAnn already said the first step. Try to see about a therapist. See who specializes in gender in your area. They will be far more accepting and know how to help.

      you can ask questions here.

      also see if there is a local LGBT support organization. Many have support groups where you can integrate into the community.

      Anyway, what many here have done is to work with a therapist. The idea is to help you understand what is going on and think about next steps. However, it is important to find a therapist who has experience with gender issues as not everyone has this experience or interest.
