Awhile back I posted asking anybody on TGH, I can’t remember which forum, if they knew about trans specific workouts or videos. I haven’t heard anything back so tonight I was watching Kayla Ward on YouTube. She mentioned being an Asics model and how basketball is awesome for her. She mentioned that she’ll be doing a fitness video so I started researching the web for it. Haven’t been able to find it yet. But…I did find some other websites with some great tips and stuff. I hope this helps any of you who’ve, like me,Β  been wondering how to get started and/or how to work out for certain results!

And on Susan’s Place a lot of people were giving daily yoga practices two thumbs up.

I was out dancing with some friends and noticed a couple who had very feminine movements and were fit.Β  So I started to mimic their moves, not well mind you.Β  One fo them came over to me and said try Figure 8.Β  I thought she was talking about how to move my hips, but found it is actually an exercise routine that really does work on the core area.Β  And let’s admit it is still our biggest problem area at least in the early years until redistribution takes over completely.Β  I like that I’m getting out of the guy dance and getting fit together.

      Hey Cloe,

Could you explain what is meant by the figure 8? I need to start some fitness routine and my wife likes to dance so this will help my fitness and dance with her😁, thanks.

Hello, Β my current goto is an app called:

Workout for Women: Fitness App by Fast Builder Limited

      https://apps.apple.com/us/app/workout-for-women-fitness-app/id839285684

It has a variety of short and some longer workouts from beginner to more advanced. Β If you combine a few you can target specific areas you need to work on. Β Best part it is free. Β Plus keeps track of what you have done and your favorites. Β I personally like the Angel Body, Angel Abs, and for a quick sets Ab Blaster, and Thigh Burner but I add resistance bands for the last as to build up a bit vs tone down. Β  Can not say I have lost a lot of weight using it but I have gotten rid of my love handles, and toned my tummy a lot. Β My hope is once I get to a certain BMI I will loose start to loose a bit. Β Also I add self stretching after every work out as this helps tighten and tone stuff. Β Especially hip opening stretches, as I have a butt/hip dysphoria fairly bad.

I will have to look up the figure 8 as it sounds good.

In the past a tried a bit of belly dancing and heavy hula hooping but you have to be very constant with your workouts like 3 times a week for 20-30 min to see results.

Ps Off topic but corset training for a couple of hours a day helps too in whittling down your waist, but add a core work out with it as your back and tummy muscles will get weak if you do not. And do not eat when training as you can get heart burn.

PPs. Also a good Shiatsu Hara massage or tummy pressing can work the bowels and remove some built up waist/toxins in your intestines and make your stomach a bit smaller.
