Awhile back I posted asking anybody on TGH, I can’t remember which forum, if they knew about trans specific workouts or videos. I haven’t heard anything back so tonight I was watching Kayla Ward on YouTube. She mentioned being an Asics model and how basketball is awesome for her. She mentioned that she’ll be doing a fitness video so I started researching the web for it. Haven’t been able to find it yet. But…I did find some other websites with some great tips and stuff. I hope this helps any of you who’ve, like me, been wondering how to get started and/or how to work out for certain results!
