Hello everyone I’m Phoebe.
While I’ve been around in the cross dressing site for a while I am new here.
To open I am mid 50’s MtF and finally beginning my journey openly. Although I’ve known since early childhood that I was supposed to be female I started literally a few months ago. After dealing with what is probably a normal amount of depression for us I sat my wife down and told her I can’t do this pretending I’m a normal guy thing anymore. That I was always miserable inside and saw no purpose continuing on if I can’t find happiness. But that was then.
She has been my rock. It was difficult for her but she is being supportive and as understanding as anyone can expect while struggling through her own issues.

Hi Phoebe,

I am new to this site as well.  I just came out to my wife and daughter earlier this year as well.  I had all the struggles that you mentioned and more.  What surprised me when I came out to them was, it is about time.  They had known for quite a while.
