I often remind people that our journey towards being and understanding who we are is not the work of a minute. It is also important to know that we do not βbecomeβ transgender. We are from the beginning, but often it takes some time to realize it.
Isolation is a terrible thing and it impacts many in the community. Try a search string such as:

Hopefully that will get you started and you can expand the search from there. During the pandemic a number of LGBT centers did social and support groups inline and perhaps some sill do.
In the meantime, you may search our Member Directory for other members in your area.. Click on Social in the menu and then Member Directory.
I encourage you to complete your Profile page as it helps other members to understand where things sit for you. Your page will always be readily available and can be updated ant any time.

Welcome to this little, but growing, place on the internet. The name saws it all.
Transgender – for all who have made the huge gender life change to live authentically in their heart gender, or for those whoΒ positively know they ate trans, and are now deciding where they want to go on this journey,Β or for those who have recognized and are in the process of or have finally embraced their trans reality, or for those who at least suspect they maybe might just perhaps be (hush, hush) trans, or for those who CD but are realizing there is something inside more substantial than just liking to wear women’s clothes. Yes we are transgender.
heaven – a nice place where without fear of negative repercussions we can be who and where we are on our trans journey.
Looking to push back the isolation that being trans brings with it. This is a good place to start.
