Lissa, it is great to see you here. I’m sure you have a lot of experience to share. I do want to welcome you to our neck of the world. I do hope you are getting situated and seeing all there is here. Please let me know if you have any questions. Either I, or someone else, will make sure we reply back. I do so hope you will join us in the Chatroom. I enjoy chatting there a lot. If you look in Social -> Member Directory, you can search for other people that may be near by. Or under Places -> Local Places, you can search for all sorts of things that may be near you. There are other partners and spouses of trans people here. Clearly it can be an uphill journey because it can be such a surprise. I hope that if the situation arises that you can be a source of advice and counsel.
When you have time, please complete your Profile page. It informs other members as to your situation and how your family is doing. As more threads are created, this one will eventually wind up at the bottom of the pile. On the other hand, the Profile page will always be available and can be updated as needed.
