Please don’t ask me about Disney movies, my name has nothing to do with that. 😉
I’m Ariel, a transgender from Brazil that has just started on a new journey. Taking hormones, allowing myself to be myself now and then, that’s all too novel to me. Yet, it feels so right and empowering.
I’m on an old path, but finally ready to take the next steps to become myself without guilt.
Long story short, I have experienced the whole thing: abuse, bullying, neglect, prejudice… etecetera…
I have always rationalized everything and come to a better understanding of myself and others through it all. Yet, there’s still a long way to go.
I would love to make friends and talk to them in this forum. The sense of community is important to me, very much so. I hope I can contribute with my personal experiences and perspectives.
Much love to you all. I can but hope to find friends and care in this very special place.
