how big will they give us in BA surgery

I’m way premature I know. not even on hrt yet, but hoping soon

here’s my question, I’m large framed n I like a busty look, so my forms are 920g each..to give me a ddd bust  which I think on my frame looks like a solid d.

so when I go for BA consult, how big will the surgeon put in me? or bad question because hrt should add some tissue which will help the surgeon、?
