I need some help. I’m buying shoes(heels) and panty hose. I was wondering what size womans shoe to get. I’m a 10.5 in men’s size. Average height of 5 foot 8 and 165 lbs. What size pantyhose? Thank you in advance. Betty T.

Add one size to your male shoes (10.5=11.5 in womens). Large panty hose should fit you nicely

Clothing and shoe sites have sizing charts. Usually they will illustrate how to take measurements (cloth tape measure is helpful for body measurements), then compare your measurements with the sizing charts.
Also, the thing about shoes is that open shoes (sandals) are more forgiving than shoes that are closed toe and heel. Open toes and open heels (or sling backs) can be a bit more forgiving if you are slightly bigger than a given size. They also have less structure than completely closed shoes.

While there are many Shoe Size Conversion Charts out there, this one is pretty accurate and has worked for me:
