You have come to the right place! A number of folks here have been through what you are describing. It is not uncommon. It may also be helpful that there are well over 1,000 members here from the UK, but I don’t know how many would be considered active. Quite a few, I imagine. Click on Social in the menu. There you will see Member Directory and click on that as it will take you to the search utility.

I do hope that you will complete your Profile page as best you can. It’s a starting point to help folks understand how it has been going for you, what you struggle with and where you want to go.
