To those who try to circumvent the protocol of getting hormones prescribed by a doctor, subscribe to online pharmacies, or expect herbals and phyto-estrogens to help them self medicate in order to feminize themselves, are making a giant mistake. Hormones, be it for MTF or FTM, must be monitored. Blood clots can be fatal. Online pharmacies often offer “name brand” hormones and say they are manufactured by big time European counter to USA pharmas, but often sell black market or sub-par hormones with filler that may harm more than help. OTC estrogen products are supplements, make partially with herbs and other materials. As supplements, they are not regulated by FDA for quality, and to achieve A-N-Y effect you probably need to take more than required and that may be also troublesome, 2000mg or more, of these supplments may for some help achieve perky nipples, slightly softer skin, for others nothing. Medically these supplements are dum-dums. Wise choice for maximum physical changes is to have a doctor prescribe the proper dosages, monitor the blood regularly, and adjust the hormones accordingly as your body changes from male to female or female to male.
There are some supplements on the market that do help enlarge breasts but are expensive and take a long time over a year to make any noticeible difference. Doctors route is best way to go for safe and guaranteed results. Supplements for phyto-estrogen can place havoc with endocrine system causing bad side-effects.
