Hi Rikki,  I just use Gold Bond for my hands and body.  If things start to get a little too rough, then I add a layer of generic 2% hydrocortisone or aloe.  That’s mostly for chafing on legs under tights.  On my face I use Olay Regenerist.  I do wear a hat almost always and avoid sun as much as possible even though I work outdoors a lot.  I’ve tried other brands both cheap and expensive and this is what has worked best for me.  I hope that helps you.   Marg
