I already loved this band, and now I love them even more! First of all, how awesome is it that there a summer camp for trans kids? But then to see one of the top metal bands in the world publicly throwing their support behind it? I mean, how awesome is it to step back and see how far we’ve come…

That’s the thing about progress. We have to stop, look back and understand what’s happened. This applies to external events as well as to ourselves. When we are in the midst of progressing it can be hard to realize our progress…
