I just started my transition i dont have insurance though does anyone have any tips on affording or getting help? Would they take a payment plan or does it have to be up front payment?

Aiden, I’m probably not going to be able to help you much, as I am MtF. But I can offer you that there is a FtM Chatroom here. And if you look in Social -> Member Directory, you can search for other people that may be near by. Or under Places -> Local Places, you can search for all sorts of things that may be near you.
