Transgender Heaven Technical Issues

To the Transgender Heaven Community,

We perform regular updates on the software that runs the Transgender Heaven community to ensure we can continue to provide the best service possible. This includes maintenance and bug fixes as well as new feature updates. Unfortunately a recent update resulted in a number of technical issues that we weren’t able to resolve without rolling back the site to an earlier backup.

Only a small number of members have been affected by this. Please read the details below to see if you were affected.

How does this affect you?
If you posted an article, forum post, private message, group messages comment or photo from 6:50pm EDT on Wednesday July 27th to 7:50pm EDT on Sunday July 31st it has unfortunately been lost. As are any friendship requests and acceptances, profile changes and group creations or deletions.

New members who joined during that above time period will need to join again, and anyone who upgraded or downgraded during this time will need to do so again as well. We will send an email to anyone new members or members who upgraded.

What is not affected?
Anything posted before 6:50pm EDT on Wednesday July 27th.
Anyone who joined or made account changes before the same time.
Anything posted in the chatroom or private chat messages.
