The Summer past I took a short vacation on the isle of Capri from where I toured the Amalfi coastline, spending sometime visiting Sorrento and Naples. The ferry across the bay of Naples each day brought me into contact with many others on vacation, all were warm and friendly towards the English lady as the locals called me. I was travelling up to Venice via Florence and Rome the following week, all which will be summarised in a future post.
