I am a 63-year-old transgender woman. Began my journey in December 2023 and now my health issues will end my journey before I reach my goals. I have a brain issue which will cause dementia eventually and I found out that I have Polycythemia Vera which will cause Leukemia eventually. I wish this on no one! Good bye cruel world!
