My passion is helping others through the challenges of life without the fear of judgement. I help my clients find positivity and inner peace while focusing on the mind, body, and sprit.
My specialty is in school issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, adhd, gender identity, and lgtbq+ challenges. We are all different and unique and therefore I do not take 1 singular approach and have been trained in several modalities. I have training in CBT, DBT, trauma informed therapy, play therapy, and lgtbq+. I am currently working on DBT Cert.
