Available 24/7 to offer support, advocacy and education to anyone who has experienced or used family or domestic violence (physical, psychological, emotional, sexual or financial). Family violence relates to abuse by any family member, current partner or ex-partner (male or female), a partner’s children or other household members. All of our Family Support Workers are trained in issues related to lesbian visibility, homophobia and heterosexism and a gender analysis of family violence underpins our philosophy and educational model.
Professionally trained and qualified workers are available 24 hours a day to work with children, women, and men. Support can include access to immediate temporary accommodation, education, advocacy with other agencies, ReachOut men’s service, peer support and making your home safe from forced re-entry.
