A native New Mexican, happily relocated to Missoula, Montana. She is a Gay, mixed Latina and Caucasion woman. She graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a Masters in Social Work in 2014 and now holds an LCSW in both states. She started her Social Work Career over ten years ago at the Santa Fe Rape Crisis and Trauma Treatment Center. She completied her masters practicum at the Transgender Resouce Center of NM. Celedina has worked with many diverse populations and has a passion for LGBTQ2S+ and BIPOC populations. She has been trained in CBT, DBT Mindfulness, MI, is Trauma Certified and currently learning IFS and EMDR. She uses a blend of all the above to work with clients and the communities she serves. Celedina believes that person centered and client led therapy is integral to getting positive outcomes from therapy. She believes that her lived experience may form a stronger relationship with her clients.
