Julie Powers Design

Hi There! My name is Julie, and I am a licensed esthetican and freelance makeup artist, for both motion picture and still photography.

I began my career path as an entertainer; for well over a decade I made my living as a cabaret and musical theater performer. My background is in theater, where I hold a BA in Music and Theater with a Dance minor, and an MFA in Acting. I’ve performed, taught, written, directed, designed and owned a theater for five years . . . but what I found I really loved at the core of it was the magic of transformation.
