I believe we are all experts of our own lives and we deserve to be understood as we are. Sometimes the most powerful change happens because someone truly sees us. I strive to be a compassionate witness for all my clients. In my practice, I emphasize resiliency, self-efficacy, and justice for each client I work with. My goal is meet you where you’re at and then we work together to move toward a goal you design.
