There are many difficult experiences in life–a painful loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, divorce, parenting challenges, gender identity, sexuality, etc.–that require us to seek help and guidance. Whether you are dealing with a crisis, a long-term struggle, or a desire to grow and become your best self, I am trained to guide clients to make positive changes and begin to feel better.
I do this by allowing you to become aware of your unique strengths, increase positive coping skills and decrease self-blaming, negative and judgmental thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Relaxation techniques and mindfulness are utilized.
We work together in an open and safe atmosphere focusing on present and lifelong patterns so you can gain the understanding necessary to lead the life you deserve and desire.
