I love working with clients and get excited when I see positive changes they have made. I have experience with adults and adolescents who are struggling with symptoms of stress, depression, grief, and relationships struggles. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with ANXIETY and clients who identify as LGBTQA. I have anxiety myself and have learned how to cope with it in healthy ways. I want to share my knowledge with my clients so that they too can learn to manage their anxiety.
