You really need something like taekwon-do as weslot through the second year of the pandemic.
Taekwon-do is great for building stamina, agility and composure in the face of adversity. It also helps with stress relief. and for children, it not only builds confidence and self control, but aids in focusing and seeing the relationships between ideas and action
And kicking and punching and performing patterns is fun. It’s a friendly, social environment, though now physically spaced for safety.
