My practice is primarily focused on providing affirmative care for those who are exploring their gender identity – across the lifespan and along the gender spectrum. If you are seeking support around issues of gender identity, I will provide you with a supportive relationship – without expectation, agenda or judgment – within which to explore whatever questions you may be asking. My role in this process is not to define your identity for you, but to provide the space within which you can do that for yourself. In addition to gender identity issues, I have a broad-based practice with an Open Listing

Trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, and other challenges can make it really hard to find direction for ourselves, and can impact our relationships. As an artist myself, I know how alienating this can feel. Our sessions are a place to talk, and get support for whatever you are going through. Mental health is impacted by personal history, culture, and world events. We’ll explore emotional patterns, connections, and interests that have Open Listing

Life is full of changes and challenges. I feel that each of us has strengths that we can draw on when life is difficult. I approach the therapeutic relationship with this perspective that we can move forward using those resiliencies that make us unique and strong in our own ways. I feel that therapy should tend toward immediate interventions, focus on the individual’s goals, and develop strategies that one can employ in their life, with long term, lasting results. Currently, I am working with adults, self-referred or physician referred, and with physician or counselor referred youth. I have experience working Open Listing
