Easier navigation across Transgender Heaven

Hi folks, we're excited to introduce quick access to some of the most important areas of Transgender Heaven, right in the sidebar!

You'll notice a new section 'Make Friends Today' where we've surfaced some of the more important areas of the site, and made it easy to reach out to an Ambassador if you need help.

In particular I'd like to draw your attention to the Greet new members link. We have so many wonderful folks joining every day, and taking 5 mins to say hi go a long way to helping them feel welcome ❤️

We've also refreshed the sidebars across the site for a cleaner look.
