Can I get free/cheap voice training?

I’m pre everything and I’m really struggling with my voice. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get free/cheap voice therapy or training? Or if you know any apps that could help?

You tube has several free videos about depending your voice as it relates to singing, but it helps with speaking too.
