<li style=”text-align: right;”>Hello I am a non-binary trans woman this means that I identify as a woman but I  recognize that my experience is more non-binary then most woman for example I feel gay for men   And  when I tell other queer poeple this some of them accuse me of being confused invalidating myself.
but in truth it would be in validating to not recognize non-binary aspects of my identity they insist that I’m actually a transfem but even though that’s not completely untrue it doesn’t completely disguise by experience like a the label non-binary trans woman does I don’t know I just  feel like the queer  community failed asoon as we started to care who was valid or not

The short answer is: Don’t listen to anyone who would attempt to invalidate you. They are probably projecting their Stuff, which has nothing to do with you and is not your problem…

How you identify is solely up to you, plain and simple.  No one gets to tell you who you are.

That being said it may help to consider various aspects of your being.  Non-binary typically refers to gender identity just as man or woman would.  Attraction is to a particular sex or gender is just that, attraction.  It’s often confused with gender, but attraction and gender are distinct separate things.  Sxuality is also a seperate thing.  For example a person (man, woman, NB, etc…) can be attracted to masculine people, but only prefer sex with those having female bodies.  Three very distinct human attributes with a number of combinations of possibility.

It seems to me that those trying to  help you with your definition may be trying to help you understand this concept above.  Our goal here is to just to inform people so they can sort these things out for themselves.

Be beautiful, be who you are, be informed, be you!

Thank you for writing this. This is honesty. I respect that.

I too, identify as non binary trans. I’m also attracted to men. I’ve been at this a long time, and well, old habits are hard to change. I still enjoy admiring a  woman’s body.
