I’m a queer bi+ cis-woman psychotherapist with a virtual private practice based out of Toronto, Canada. With an academic background in intersectional feminist, queer and sexualities studies, and a career background in queer sexual health education, sex and pleasure workshop facilitation and queer-informed reproductive health and abortion care, I’ve had 10+ in social services supporting queer community. I’ve studied at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, and continue to build upon my practice through Emotionally-Focused Trainings, training in neurodiversity support, generative somatics. Hopelessness, anxiety, fear, and other negative emotions can become overwhelming, affecting our overall wellness, leaving us exhausted. I help my clients overcome these difficult emotions by providing a non-judgmental, affirming and safe environment that respects boundaries and offers the space they require for their healing process.
