As a transgender lead mental health organization, we know how important it is to find mental health clinicians who are affirmative and well versed in working with the transgender and non-binary community. Created by a licensed transgender therapist, the TransPower Project provides completely free virtual mental health sessions to clients in CA. We are funded by a county grant in order to stay free. All of our therapists are trained and certified in affirmative therapy and have the ability to write gender affirmation letters when needed. Insurance is not needed as we are a free service. Queer works is a 501c (3) organization with headquarters in the Coachella Valley. While we work out of CV, thanks to telehealth we are able to serve individuals all across California. Our mission is to ameliorate disparities faced by transgender, gender non-binary and intersex people as well as help reduce similar disparities among our lesbian, gay and bisexual communities. Common disparities include homelessness, joblessness, mental health and medical challenges, higher rates of suicide, and higher rates of poverty. THE HISTORIC CLOCKTOWER BUILDING When you gaze down West Beverley Street, Staunton’s cherished town clock is the first architectural gem to draw the eye. In 1890, leading architect S.W. Foulke designed the clock tower in the Richardsonian Romanesque style to house the YMCA. Later in 1916, renowned architect T.J.
